Core Competencies
Concept
The first core competence of Prof. Dr. Hohl & Team: customized implementation concepts in-house in the areas of International Leadership and Talent Development, Retention Management, Intercultural Management and HR Digital Transformation.
Benefits for the company: Practical, individualized concepts with process support for change projects (as needed). An international team with many years of management experience is available.
Training
On the basis of the proven role and competence model of leadership, training measures are designed and implemented in a customer-oriented, dialogic and "tailor-made" manner (in German and English). An integrated learning concept is implemented in the training courses (information, behavioral, experiential and project learning) - also online, in virtual space. We ensure a consistent strategy, demand and practical implementation orientation in the daily business (holistic transfer assurance).
Coaching
Coaching as a further core competence is carried out in two formats: as individual coaching and as team coaching.
Both formats focus on "clarification assistance" in the context of concrete leadership cases and leadership situations. The focus is on finding solutions.
The coach acts as a "sparring partner" in concrete situations such as the assumption of a new leadership function or the empowerment of employees. In addition, the coach accompanies you in your personal position determination, career planning, self-leadership and the management of personal crises. The latter is becoming increasingly important in uncertain times - in line with the book title "The unknown is the new normal" (H. Fortmann and D. Conrad, 2020).
Both formats are offered as a classic "face-to-face" variant, digitally as an online version, or in combination as a hybrid model.
Networking
Within the scope of the fourth core competence, we as Manage & Lead are ourselves closely connected as networkers with excellent consultant networks at home and abroad. In the area of key account management (KAM), we work successfully with KAM Experts GmbH (kam-experts.de).
In the area of agile project management, we have been associated with HLSC GmbH (Scrum-Events.de) for several years. Personally, I am active here as a partner, consultant and speaker on topics such as Agile Leadership and Agile Coaching.
